Anywhere Play Kids is intended to be used with parent or guardian oversight. Adults creating accounts are responsible for supervising child use, keeping account information accurate, and managing settings such as profile details and access controls.
2. Accounts and Access
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate account information. You are responsible for activity under your account and for safeguarding your login credentials. We may suspend access if we detect fraud, abuse, or security risks.
3. Educational Use Only
Anywhere Play Kids provides educational and recreational content. It is not medical care, mental-health treatment, or a crisis service. If your child needs medical or psychological support, contact a licensed professional or emergency services.
4. Acceptable Use
You may not misuse the platform, interfere with service operation, reverse engineer core functionality, or use the service for unlawful conduct. You may also not upload or submit harmful, abusive, or infringing content.
5. Payments and Subscriptions
If paid features are offered, pricing and billing terms will be shown at checkout. Unless stated otherwise, subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You can cancel future renewals at any time from your account settings.
6. Intellectual Property
All platform content, design, branding, game logic, and software are owned by Anywhere Play or licensed to us. Your use of the service does not transfer ownership rights. You may not copy or redistribute platform content except as allowed by law.
